Working Principle (Drop Pill Production Process & Technology)

The drop pill machine working principle is based on thermal oil heating, pressure-controlled dropping, and rapid cooling solidification technology.

The liquid material is heated in the double-layer glass dropping tank using a thermal oil bath heating system, ensuring a consistent temperature during the drop pill manufacturing process. Once the material reaches the desired state, it flows through the heated dropping nozzle under gravity and pressure difference, forming uniform droplets.

These droplets fall into the methyl silicone oil cooling column, where they are rapidly cooled and solidified into spherical pills by the refrigeration system. The finished drop pills are then collected in the oil tank.
