YHR-360 High-Flow Peristaltic Pump Liquid Filling Machine Product Overview
The YHR-360 is a quantitative liquid filling machine equipped with an integrated peristaltic pump system. It is designed for small-volume liquid filling applications requiring stable performance, hygienic transfer, and consistent repeatability.
The peristaltic pump mechanism ensures that the liquid only contacts the tubing during transfer, avoiding direct contact with internal pump components. This helps reduce contamination risk and makes the machine suitable for low-viscosity or mildly corrosive liquids used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, and chemical industries.
Working Principle
The YHR-360 operates using a peristaltic pumping mechanism. Rollers compress and release the flexible tubing in sequence, creating negative pressure that moves the liquid forward.
This process is similar to squeezing a liquid-filled tube with fingers - as the compression point moves forward, the liquid follows.
Since the liquid remains inside the tubing:
- It does not contact the pump body
- No valves are required
- Mechanical seal wear is minimized
The filling volume is controlled by adjusting the operating time and speed.
