What Is an Ampoule Drawing Filling and Sealing Machine?
AnAmpoule Drawing Filling and Sealing Machine is a pharmaceutical machine designed for glass ampoules, integrating liquid filling, nitrogen purging, and wire drawing fusion sealing into a single process.
After precise liquid filling, the ampoule neck is heated by a flame and drawn to form a sealed tip, ensuring reliable closure and effective protection against contamination and oxidation.
With a compact structure and stable operation, this machine is widely used in pharmaceutical laboratories, research institutes, and small-scale production environments, and is suitable for 1–20 ml glass ampoules.
How to use?
1. Connect oxygen, gas, and nitrogen hoses to the ports at the rear of the machine. Open the gas regulator valve, ignite the flame, then slowly open the oxygen valve until the flame turns blue with a flame core length of approximately 5–8 mm.
2. Initiate automatic operation: manually place bottles → pre-fill with nitrogen → fill → post-fill with nitrogen → automatic sealing → manually collect finished products.
3. Sealing time depends on flame size and intensity, typically requiring 2–3 seconds to melt-seal the bottle opening.
