How to use the Gas Flame Ampoule Sealer
The GBS-1 gas flame glass ampoule sealing machine operates using controlled thermal melting technology:
- LPG or natural gas generates a concentrated sealing flame.
- The motor drives the ampoule holder to rotate at constant speed.
- The ampoule neck is heated evenly until softened.
- The operator draws the softened glass using stainless steel tweezers.
- The flame smooths the tip for a clean, crystal-free finish.
This combination of uniform rotation and stable flame output ensures consistent sealing quality across batches.
Tip: When operating for the first time, slowly insert the bottle into the mold and push it into the flame. Observe whether the bottle rotates eccentrically and note how long it takes for the neck to become red-hot. Once the bottle neck begins to bend downward, use tweezers to draw the glass. After drawing the glass, do not rush to remove the bottle from the flame. Wait until the flame melts the crystallized tip at the top into a smooth finish before removing it.

Ampoule Mold
The mold features four positioning screws with adjustable bottle clamping width for effortless insertion and removal. Through-hole machining minimizes eccentricity to the greatest extent.
Sliding rail
Push and pull back and forth. When pushed, it drives the flame's base to rotate the bottle; when released, rotation stops.
Driving Wheel and Driven Wheel
Contact rotation mimics the bottle rotation mechanism of fully automatic sealing machines, ensuring even heating of the bottle mouth for smoother sealing and results comparable to automatic sealing machines.
