Work Process
1. Forming (Upper and Lower Heating)
PVC or aluminum material is heated from both upper and lower sides and formed into precise blister cavities with uniform shape and depth.
2. Heat Sealing (Upper Heating)
The formed blisters are sealed with aluminum foil through upper heating, ensuring reliable sealing strength and product protection.
3. Embossing
Batch numbers, logos or required markings are embossed on the blister surface during the sealing process for product identification.
4. Impression
Clear and accurate impressions are created to enhance the appearance and readability of printed information on the blister packs.
5. Cutting
The sealed blister material is cut into individual blister packs with clean edges and consistent dimensions.
6. Finished Product Output
Finished blister packs are automatically discharged from the machine, ready for inspection or further packaging.
