What is an Aluminum-Plastic Blister Reclamation Machine?
As an automated tablet deblistering machine, this equipment is designed to efficiently separate tablets and capsules from defective aluminum-plastic (Alu-PVC) blister packs. Operating at 25–35 blister packs per minute, it replaces manual deblistering, greatly reducing labor costs and improving drug recovery efficiency by over 80%. The locating plate can be adjusted in width to accommodate different-sized pills.
How to Use:The device is extremely easy to operate and requires no specialized technical training. Simply place the defect-containing drug plates neatly into the feed inlet. After starting the equipment, the roller assembly and guide plate assembly will automatically complete the entire process of peeling, separating, and collecting.
Core Principle:
The aluminum-plastic pharmaceutical tablet stripping machine features a 304 stainless steel housing, with a micro motor, single-stage reduction gearbox, roller assembly, and guide plate assembly sequentially connected to the stopper rubber plate. It is equipped with an electric brake switch and a lockout switch. The micro motor and single-stage reduction gear drive a set of rollers that simulate manual tablet separation. This action detaches the entire blister panel from defective packaging sheets. Guide plates and tablet-separating rubber plates then collect the tablets separately from the packaging material.
