After setting parameters on the touchscreen PLC control panel, the vial filling and capping machine automatically performs the following steps:
1. Automatic vial feeding
2. Photoelectric detection (no vial, no filling)

4. Stoppering (half or full stoppering options)
5. Aluminum cap capping/crimping
The machine also supports manual operation mode for controlled testing and calibration, and allows multiple interchangeable configurations. Considering users' lyophilization needs, the programs are set so that filling, capping, and sealing positions can all be controlled independently in segments.
Freeze-Drying Compatible Working Process
The YHGZ-20 is designed around a modular, segmented freeze-drying workflow, allowing each station to operate independently via touchscreen control:

Vials are then removed and transferred into the freeze-drying process (lyophilizer).

After lyophilization, vials are reloaded into the machine.
