Overview of the YH-AmpouMiNi Desktop Ampoule Filling and Sealing Machine
The YH-AmpouMiNi ampoule filling and sealing machine is a compact desktop ampoule filling machine designed for laboratories, pharmaceutical factories, universities, and small-batch production. The machine integrates ampoule liquid filling and flame sealing in one unit and can be placed directly on a workbench to save space.
It uses a dual-flame pulling sealing method, producing smooth and reliable ampoule seals. During the ampoule filling and sealing process, nitrogen flushing is applied before and after filling to reduce residual oxygen and help prevent oxidation or chemical reactions of sensitive liquids.
The machine is designed for 1–20 ml ampoule sizes, and different specifications can be used by simply replacing the mold set. With one machine, users can complete multi-size ampoule filling and sealing, making it a cost-effective solution for small-scale ampoule production.
Working Principle
This machine employs a screw-type bottle feeding mechanism that automatically indexes and positions each ampoule on the turntable. By rotating the turntable, the ampoules are guided into predetermined tracks by the turntable indexing wheel to perform intermittent stop-and-go movements. During this process, the ampoules pass through pre-nitrogen flushing, filling, and post-nitrogen flushing stations before entering the sealing station. Alternatively, flame sealing is applied directly to each ampoule, creating hemispherical seals and bead sealing. After sealing, the ampoules are collected into finished product boxes.
The system supports two fuel sources: gas + oxygen and hydrogen-oxygen gas. Pre- and post-nitrogen flushing, as well as sealing nitrogen flushing, can be customized according to user requirements.
