Working principle
The machine guides the bottles into the filling, stoppering, and capping stations of the intermittent turntable through the bottle feeding plate. After entering the filling station, the no bottle no filling device senses the bottle, and then starts filling. After filling, the fan-shaped stoppering device grips the stopper and inserts the stopper into the bottle mouth. The aluminum foil cap drop-off track is at a specific angle to the bottle mouth. With one turn of force, the aluminum cap can be hung on the drop-off track that has already been in the drop-off track. Then, it enters the capping station. Under the high-speed rotation of three capping knives, the locking of the aluminum foil cap is completed.
