AS-40D washing machine Product Overview
This automatic bottle washing machine is designed for thorough cleaning of ampoules, vials, and oral liquid bottles in pharmaceutical production.
The washing machine is equipped with two water tanks for rough washing and fine washing, ensuring high cleaning performance and meeting strict hygiene standards.
For different bottle sizes, no tools are required. By simply inserting the corresponding washing tray into the designated slot, quick and easy changeover can be achieved. This makes the machine highly suitable for multi-size bottle cleaning applications and small to medium batch production.
AS-40D Washing Machine Core Working Principle
The AS-40D bottle washing machine has a PLC display, used to monitor and control machine operations.
The vial washing machine adopts a rotary washing structure. During operation, the nozzles remain fixed around the machine, while bottles are driven by a rotating plate.
When the bottle mouth aligns with the nozzles, water and air are injected to effectively clean the inner surface. As the bottles continue rotating, the outer surface is also cleaned simultaneously.
Water sprayed onto the outside of the bottle is reflected back by the outer baffle, rinsing the bottom of the bottle once more. This ensures thorough cleaning of the inside, outside, and bottom of the bottle, guaranteeing effective cleaning results.
This design significantly improves overall cleaning efficiency and ensures consistent washing quality.
