Different pump options such as peristaltic pump, ceramic pump, or piston pump can be configured to match material characteristics, ensuring stable flow control and consistent filling volume throughout the process.
When equipped with a peristaltic pump, the machine supports a filling range of 1–200 ml, making it suitable for laboratory and small batch liquid filling applications.
For higher accuracy requirements, an optional ceramic pump filling system is available, providing improved volumetric precision and stable dispensing performance.
By combining PLC controlled filling, XYZ axis motion control, and configurable pump options, the machine ensures consistent filling results across different liquid and semi-liquid products.
