The working principle of the desktop laboratory ampoule sealing machine is mainly to solve the problems of filling and sealing. The sealing machine adopts an intermittent turntable form, with a dwell time in the middle that can be used for ampoule filling and sealing. It uses high-precision indexing gears to divide the circumference into equal parts for precise movement. Firstly, during the rotation time of the turntable, an empty ampoule is placed in the bottle feeding station. As the turntable stops rotating, it gradually enters the front nitrogen filling station, filling station, and rear nitrogen filling station, and finally enters the sealing station. After sealing is completed, the finished ampoule can be taken out. During the filling process, the cam will drive the filling needle to move up and down. During this time, the filling needle is inserted into the ampoule until it is lifted, and the peristaltic pump participates in the work to complete the liquid filling. The filling needle needs to be a claw mouth, not a flat mouth, otherwise the liquid will directly spray onto the bottom of the bottle, causing rebound. After filling, the bottle enters the rear nitrogen filling station and then enters the sealing station. The sealing station and the sealing nitrogen filling station coincide, and the nitrogen filling needle is above the sealing station. After the ampoule bottle enters the sealing station, it contacts the rotating bottle rubber wheel and passively rotates, so that the flame is evenly sprayed onto the bottle wall. The rubber wheel presses against the bottle and then presses against the bearing on the turntable to rotate together. Adjust the flame according to the residence time of the turntable, and complete the sealing before the bottle leaves the sealing station.
