(7) A retractable buffer and an interface controller are installed at the VI end of the bottle feeding conveyor belt, which contains a proximity switch for the upper and lower limits of the container, as shown in Figure 6-78. When buffer strip 3 is at the lower limit (i.e. the bottle is missing), the lower limit proximity switch stops entering bottle screw 2 without feeding the bottle; When the buffer belt reaches its height (i.e., when it is filled with bottles), the top proximity switch can stop the conveyor belt of the oven and stop feeding the bottles. This control box can coordinate the rotational speeds of two machines, cooperate with the interface between the cleaning machine and the conveyor belt of the oven, and achieve interface matching, coordination, and safe operation of the washing, drying, and filling machines.
