The ampoules filled with medication should be immediately sealed to avoid contamination. There are two types of melting and sealing for ampoules: manual and machine.
Ampoules should be tightly fused and sealed, and the head of the neck tube should be smooth and round, without sharp and easily broken tips or spherical small packages. The quality of Anling melt sealing is related to the operator's skills, as well as the temperature and shape of the flame.
There are generally two methods for fusion sealing: "waist fusion sealing" and "top fusion sealing". The "fence waist fusion seal" has the characteristics of tight and reliable sealing, and the gas in the flame is not easy to contaminate the liquid medicine. The "top fusion seal" is mostly mechanical automatic fusion seal.
The fusion seal can be fueled with alcohol, gas, gasoline, etc., and compressed air is used to support combustion to increase flame temperature, while forming sharp needle shaped flames for fusion seal.
Fused seal lamps using gasoline as fuel are commonly used, but gasoline needs to be gasified. There are various types of gasoline gasification equipment. The principle is to heat gasoline (without heating in summer), with a temperature not exceeding 35-40 ℃. At the same time, compressed air is introduced to form small airflow or bubbles, promoting the oil to become gas. Through a gas separator, a small amount of liquid carried by the gasified gasoline is separated, and then the gasified gasoline is introduced into a fusion lamp.
In addition to the single flame sealing method, there are also double flame sealing and multi filling sealing methods for manual sealing.
The mechanical melting sealing method adopts an ampoule bottle drawing and filling machine; The production unit generally uses a joint operator for pouring and sealing. There are two types of this machine; The first type uses a series of Gas lighting to fuse the ampoule mouth for natural fusion; the other type is equipped with a clamp to pull the melted neck tube away from the end.
