Eight steps to learn how to operate the ampoule bottle drawing and filling machine

Ampoule bottle drawing and sealing machine is suitable for pharmaceutical companies to fill and seal ampoules under aseptic conditions. This machine is a six station (or eight station), step-by-step transmission system, balcony structure, and is delivered to each process in groups of six bottles (or eight bottles) each time in a step-by-step manner, completing processes such as separating and feeding bottles, filling nitrogen before, filling medicine, filling nitrogen after, silting, preheating, and drawing and sealing.
The following is a brief introduction to the operation of the ampoule filling and sealing machine, as follows:
1. Connect the gas pipeline properly. (The needle type regulating valve interface at the bottom right of the mixing tee at the back of the device)
2. Plug in the power cord properly. (Upper right corner socket at the back of the device)
3. Turn on the power switch (in the upper right corner of the front of the device)
4. Slowly open the gas needle valve until the lamp cap is lit.
5. Slowly open the auxiliary gas needle valve (in the lower left corner behind the device) until two lights emit a slender blue flame, which can work (the longer the flame, the better)
6. Place the ampoule bottle on the tray, do not immediately put it into the flame. First, check whether the flame is at the center point of the tray and at the desired melting height (just loosen one of the screws on the bracket to choose from, and then tighten it)
7. Place the ampoule bottle filled with the medicine solution in the center of the tray and flame. Slowly and evenly rotate the bottle with your left hand, and when it burns to a forged red color, use tweezers with your right hand to cut it off.
8. After the work is completed, the auxiliary gas valve must be closed first, and then the gas valve must be closed.
