What is a KZL Pelletizer?
The KZL Series Conical Screen Granulator is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries for efficient particle size reduction and granule sizing.
Designed with a conical screen and high-speed rotor system, the machine applies centrifugal force to process materials through specially perforated screens, ensuring uniform granule size and improved product consistency.
This granulator is particularly suitable for crushing agglomerates, breaking hard particles, and milling large lumps into uniform granules. The machine can effectively replace traditional oscillating granulators in many applications.

Key Features
Feed Hopper
The feed hopper is polished inside and outside and made of 304 stainless steel.
The smooth surface treatment prevents
material sticking and ensures smooth feeding.
Speed Controller
The granulation speed can be adjusted according to different material properties. Speed range: 180-1400 RPM.
The rotating speed can be adjusted via the black rotary knob.
Discharge Outlet
The discharge outlet is made of 304 stainless steel, polished inside and outside to prevent clogging.
